The Truth About Night Fishing.

Note : One other large reason why you'll have a large advantage at night is that you may use the Evening Secret at night.

Since the fish are not as likely to associate night time to fishermen, they have a tendency to take the bait with less resistance and hesitation. Naturally, this usually occurs when you only have one flashlight with you. ( although it isn't imperative, if you are serious about night fishing, you must have an Evening Secret on your ship - for max catching at night. ) ( fishing stories ) ** Pair of needle nose pliers -Since it is harder to see your line at night than in the day, you have got a larger chance of hooking the fish deeper than common with the delayed reaction time. We've used "Skin-so-soft" by Avon and I believe it works the best out of any of them. Anything with deet trumps nothing at all. -If you blow a fuse out on the water and your ship lights go out, you might be in difficulty. ** Blacklight - employing a blacklight with a clear blue fluorescent line will truly help you see those hits quicker. ** Spare ship battery - Running all of those lights, blacklights, etc can put a strain on your battery. ** First help kit - If you finish up with a snake bite or get hooked by your chum's cast, you'll need correct medication, Band-Aids and peroxide, for example. ** Cell Telephone - Although often you could find it hard to get a good signal on the water, a cell telephone can literally save your life if you get into difficulty. There are tons of other stuff you need to pack for your trip. These are just some of the bigger items we've found helpful during the past.
